Single & Double seats
for business jets

 

These seats are based on the unique design of the PRIMO seat. The one piece composite seat shell (backrest and pan) is supported at a pivot point in the lower aluminium seat structure and can be rotated to achieve a recline position. Numerous modifications were perfomed to adjust the structures of the seats to the Dassault F900 interface.

 

The seats are designed to meet the quality, finish and appearance of real Business Jet seats for a high density cabin configuration and a rich set of special features (Controls integrated in the armrests, Cupholders, 3 inch center armrest etc.). The front row seats include In-Armrest tables. The lower aluminium seat structure but also the armrests consist of high precision CNC milled parts. The exposed rear side of the composite shell is covered by a polycarbonate clip-on (low cost, replacable part).

 

The seat fulfils the newest CS 25.853 flammability requirements. The seats installed in the Dassault F900 are certified according to TSO C39b. However very similar seats have also passed the dynamic requirements according to TSO C127a (including HIC 1000).

 

 

VIP seat for business jets

The seat features linear, high precision bearings for the forward-aft and side tracking and a ball bearing for swivelling. Extensive tracking (11 inch by 10 inch) and 360 deg. swivelling allow the application of similar seat structures for various cabin arrangements. Innumerable locking positions, lie-flat recline function combined with an automatically operated telescopic leg rest provide highest comfort to the passenger. The rigid armrests are automatically retracted (combined with the recline function), to achieve ergonomic accessibility to the controls (located in the armrests) for both upright and lie-flat position.

The customer requirements have carefully been evaluated and considered during the design. All mechanically operated mechanisms can easily be modified to electrical operation, using the same structural elements. This seat is a typical Swiss product with regard to precision, quality and functionality.

VIP Seating systems for Lufthansa Technik B747, Jet Aviation A320 and also B747 with particular customer requirements were further developed and delivered.
